Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was received.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order with proof/photos.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cosmetics
  • Skincare products
  • Opened beauty products
  • Personal care items
  • Oral supplements
  • Sale/Clearance items


Refunds, Exchanges & Store Vouchers

SOUQ HUB does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, eligible items may qualify for:

  • Exchange (subject to stock availability), or
  • Store Voucher/Credit of equal value.
  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the error is from SOUQ HUB.

Approval is subject to inspection and compliance with our return conditions.
