- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item was received.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Customers must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order with proof/photos.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cosmetics
- Skincare products
- Opened beauty products
- Personal care items
- Oral supplements
- Sale/Clearance items
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Vouchers
SOUQ HUB does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, eligible items may qualify for:
- Exchange (subject to stock availability), or
- Store Voucher/Credit of equal value.
- Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping fees unless the error is from SOUQ HUB.
Approval is subject to inspection and compliance with our return conditions.
