  • SOUQ HUB is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Vouchers

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Eligible items may only qualify for:
    • Exchange, or
    • Store Voucher/Credit.
  • Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of receiving the order with proof/photos.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval and product availability.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened beauty products
  • Personal care items
  • Oral supplements
  • Sale/Clearance items
